• Does your facility have regular operating hours?​ Closed Sundays & Mondays open Tuesdays-Saturdays By appointment

• Will you negotiate on price for food? We custom design menus for clients so some menus are negotiable, others are not

• Do you provide Alcohol & Bartending services? No we do not

• Do you provide sit down service? No we do not. Buffet style with service is available

• Do you provide rentals?  We are happy to arrange rental items for you

• Do you offer setup & breakdown services?      Yes we do

 

Q: Are you licensed and legitimate?​

A:Absolutely! The Catered Event complies fully with all State and Local food-service requirements, and will gladly provide documentation to any who request verification.

 

Q: Do you provide tastings?​

A: No, we do not provide tastings, however, we are more than happy to provide alternative options on a case-by-case basis.

 

Q: Will you provide staff for an event you are not providing food for?​

A: No. All of our staff is hired per-event for The Catered Event only.

 

Q: Do you cater in Summit and Garfield Counties?​

A: We do not cater in Garfield County year round. Summit County all but in the  Winter due to the unpredictability of Vail Pass.

 

Q: Does your facility have regular operating hours?​

A: The Catered Event's kitchen operates by scheduled catering events, and therefore our operating hours vary with the seasons. The Office hours are Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM by phone, or email anytime.

 

Q: Will you negotiate on price for food?​

Of course! There are some menus which are a set price and cannot be changed. However, all good caterers recognize that each event is unique and requires an individual assessment. In this case, we can work with you to provide a menu that will suit your personal and financial circumstances.
